First things first

Initial appointment

Before you sign up for membership, make an appointment with us to discuss your needs. We’ll go through a brief health and fitness assessment, show you around the place, and work out which class and time would suit you best. Free, and no obligations!

1. Choose your package

6 week, 12 week, and 12 month membership packages available.

Please read our FAQs page, to help you decide on the best package for you.

2. Check the Timetable

Class sizes are limited.

3. Buy Membership and select classes

Select or ask us to select for you.

Yep, this part can be a bit annoying. You’ll need to select the correct number of classes for each training day (eg if you purchase a 6 week package and want to train Wednesdays and Fridays at 9am, you need to select 6 consecutive Wednesday 9am sessions and 6 consecutive Friday 9am sessions). We’d love to make it easier, but currently this process is not automatic. Or, just call or email us once you’ve made your purchase, and we’ll book you in!
